With over 65 million customers, Banco do Brasil faced the challenge of modernizing international banking services traditionally handled through branches. I worked on the digital transformation of foreign exchange, global account, and international transfer journeys, helping move complex processes from in-person interactions to seamless digital experiences.

Cross-border financial services often involve paperwork, regulatory requirements, and limited transparency around fees and exchange rates. Through user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and close collaboration with business and compliance teams, I redesigned key flows to simplify decision-making and reduce operational friction.
By shifting previously branch-dependent services to digital channels, the project reduced operational costs for the bank while offering customers a faster and more convenient way to manage international transactions. The new experience enabled millions of users to access global banking services remotely, with greater transparency, efficiency, and confidence.
