HIVEPlace connects public and private organizations through a single interoperability platform, powering services that impact millions of people across Brazil. As the ecosystem grew, customers needed greater visibility into service usage, costs, and performance, while internal teams required better operational control to support scale.
I led the redesign of the HIVEPlace Portal, creating a more intuitive experience for clients to monitor consumption, manage services, and configure products according to their business needs. At the same time, I designed an administrative platform that provides real-time visibility into requests, integrations, and transactions across customers and technology providers.
The new platform transformed complex operational data into actionable insights, improving transparency for clients and efficiency for internal teams. By centralizing monitoring and service management, the project established the foundation for HIVEPlace's next stage of growth, enabling the platform to scale while supporting digital services used by millions of Brazilians.
