Conecte SUS was created to centralize health information and provide citizens with secure access to their medical records through a unified digital experience. As design leader, I helped map user needs, stakeholder requirements, and regulatory constraints to improve accessibility and adoption. The initiative contributed to a more intuitive experience and increased engagement across key health services.
Managing complex health data while maintaining clarity and trust was a major challenge. I designed and validated user flows, information architecture, and interface patterns using Figma, prototyping, and usability testing. These improvements simplified access to clinical records, vaccination data, and healthcare services, reducing friction throughout the user journey.
As the platform scaled nationally, consistency and collaboration across multiple teams became critical. I contributed to the evolution of reusable design patterns and cross-functional processes, ensuring alignment between design, engineering, and government stakeholders. This helped accelerate delivery, improve usability, and support a digital health platform serving over 30 millions of Brazilian citizens.
